We train every Tuesday & Thursday

Pre-season fitness and skills has started - 645 at the club Tuesdays and Thursdays with our New Head Coach - ex Bears' coach Andy Bell.

In Winter we move to:

  • Tuesdays: B Pro Fitness (13 Brook Gate, BS3 2UN) 715 start (£5 a session)
  • Thursday: At the 3G pitch, be there 730 (BS8 3TL) + Food after!

Food and pudding are available afterwards on Thursdays in the clubhouse. Only £5 for a decent meal, with free pudding made by one of the lads as part of Pudding Club!
NB: Need to order food in advance.
