Mini & Junior Membership

New to Rugby

In the first few weeks we suggest children come along and try rugby, only once they are happy playing do we ask you to commit.

All Mini and Junior Members have to be registered with the RFU to play in matches. We also ask that at least one parent/guardian is a member.
This is done through GMS (Game Management System). A guide here

Your team administrator will be able to help tell you what you need to do. You will also be asked to sign to say you have read our policies on Health and Safety and Responsibilities of Parents which can also be found attached to this document.

This registration acts as membership which then means children are covered by RFU insurance, it also covers our rent to the Sports Club, ground maintenance (we now invest ~£5,000 annually to improve drainage), hire of the BGS 3G facility, coaches’ training, first aid training, professional parking support, training kit and balls, hot dogs and food for all matches and certain training days.

Parents and juniors please also sign up to be members of Old Bristolians on this Pitchero website as this really helps us to ensure everyone knows what’s going on at the club.

Mini & Junior Fees are:

Individual membership for U7s up to U18s : £125
Family membership (two or more players) £185.
U5s and U6s only £65
Parent/ Guardian membership £5

Deadline for payment as always is the end of September and we will continue to operate a No Pay No Play policy.
